Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your order if you are not satisfied with the items purchased. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The order includes all components, parts, and the packaging is intact.
- The product has been handled normally; damage from careless handling is not covered.
- Hygiene-sensitive products have been thoroughly cleaned prior to return.
- If you find a defect in the product, it must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Shipping costs for returns will be charged to the customer.
- Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

- Ensure your email includes:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- First name and last name of the customer
- Customer’s address
We will then provide you with the correct return address. Do not send the return to the sender's address; the correct address will be provided after your request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

A. Cancellation Conditions
Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the last of the goods.
Due to our automated order processing system, orders are executed immediately upon placement, and we cannot interrupt the shipping process. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (Elegara) through a clear declaration (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The cancellation is effective once we receive the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
Record for Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods before returning them. You are welcome to inform us about your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest possible return, we kindly ask you to send us shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notification and the returned goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; in no case will you incur any fees for this repayment.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
